We’ve just wrapped up a successful Rope Access service project at 1 Avon Road,  and we’re excited to share the details!

Our highly skilled Rope Access Technicians tackled the entire building elevation using high-pressure washing (3,000 PSI), ensuring a deep clean from top to bottom. This project included the thorough cleaning of all inaccessible external glass windows, excluding the ground floor, as well as cleaning the glass awnings from above for that crystal-clear finish.

Here’s a breakdown of the work:
🔹 High-Pressure Washing of the entire exterior surface, reaching all inaccessible areas via abseiling
🔹 External Window Cleaning for Building A, B, and W, including delicate work on Heritage windows
🔹 Cleaning the Glass Elevator (external surfaces and top) for a polished, like-new appearance

By using Rope Access techniques, we ensured minimal disruption to the building’s occupants and avoided the need for bulky scaffolding. Our certified team worked to the highest safety standards, providing exceptional results on every surface.
