We are excited to announce the successful completion of our latest Rope Access repair project at 10 Kensington St! over two days, our skilled Rope Access Technicians carried out critical building maintenance and repair work, utilizing industry-leading techniques like pressure washing, gap filling, and waterproofing to restore key areas of the building. 

Here’s a breakdown of the tasks we completed:

🔹 High-pressure washing (3000 PSI) on the parapets and top of the columns (RED COLOUR) to remove accumulated dirt, grime, and pollutants, preparing the surface for repairs.

🔹 Scraping of flaky paint on the parapets and columns (RED COLOUR) to ensure a smooth, clean surface for sealing and repainting.

🔹 Gap filling in the parapets and columns (RED COLOUR), securing the structure and preventing water ingress.

🔹 Filling missing cement between bricks in the accessible areas of the columns (BLUE COLOUR), enhancing both the strength and appearance of the building.

🔹 Painting repaired areas with a primer coat (RED COLOUR), providing a durable base for the waterproofing membrane.

🔹 Application of two coats of waterproof membrane (RED COLOUR) to protect the building from the elements and prevent further structural damage.
